Overview
Tryton is a three-tier, general-purpose application platform written in Python, providing CRM, sales, invoicing, accounting, inventory, and project management as composable modules. It uses a client-server model with a web client and REST API and is also the upstream of the GNU Health medical information system.

- Web client is still maturing; historically relied on a GTK desktop client
- Smaller ecosystem and fewer third-party integrations than Odoo
