Zcal

Beautiful open-source scheduling page and availability management tool

1.2k TypeScript MIT 3 months ago

Overview

Zcal is an open-source scheduling link tool that lets users share a public availability page and accept bookings without back-and-forth emails. It connects to Google Calendar or CalDAV backends to respect existing events, and supports custom event types and durations. The self-hosted version gives full control over data and branding.

Where it falls short of Calendly

  • Fewer calendar integrations than Cal.com
  • No team scheduling or round-robin features
  • Limited workflow automation (no reminders or follow-ups)

We list the gaps honestly so you can decide if the trade-off is worth owning your data.
