Overview
Nextcloud News is an official Nextcloud app that adds a full-featured RSS/Atom feed reader to any Nextcloud instance. It implements the News API v1-v2, enabling compatibility with many third-party clients including Reeder, NetNewsWire, and Fluent Reader. All articles are stored on your Nextcloud server.

- Requires an existing Nextcloud instance — not standalone
- Feed fetching can lag on large feed lists compared to dedicated readers
