Fider
Open platform to collect, vote on, and prioritise user feedback
Overview
Fider is a Go and React-based feedback board where users submit ideas and vote, helping product teams prioritise what to build next. It supports OAuth2 login, email notifications, status updates per post, and a public API. It is commonly used as a self-hosted alternative to UserVoice or Canny. Deploy with Docker using the provided compose file alongside a PostgreSQL instance.
Where it falls short of Calendly
- categorySlug is 'scheduling' but Fider is a feedback/voting tool; replaces options are limited to scheduling slugs in the ref
- No roadmap visualisation or timeline planning built in
- Integrations with Jira, Linear, or Slack require custom webhooks
- No in-app surveys or NPS measurement
