OhMyForm
Open-source form and survey builder (now archived, succeeded by Formbricks)
Overview
OhMyForm is an open-source tool for creating embeddable forms and surveys with analytics, logic, and multiple field types. It was an early FOSS Typeform/Google Forms alternative. The project is now archived and read-only, with maintainers recommending Formbricks going forward.
Where it falls short of Typeform
- Project is archived and no longer maintained, so there are no new features or security fixes
- Lacks the polish, integrations, and template library of commercial tools
- Multi-component setup (app, GraphQL API, database) for limited ongoing value
- Maintainers themselves now point users to Formbricks
