Overview
Nextcloud Forms is an official Nextcloud app that allows users to create surveys, polls, and questionnaires stored entirely on their own Nextcloud server. Forms support multiple question types, share links without requiring login, and store all responses in the Nextcloud database with CSV export. As a native Nextcloud app, it benefits from Nextcloud's authentication, permissions, and file integration with no additional infrastructure.
